Trio Paradis Café Concert – Northern Lights

A programme of music by Scandinavian composers, including Andante con Moto in C minor by Edvard Grieg, May Night by Selim Palmgren, Inga Lartum-Liebig: June Night, Laura Netzel: Serenade, and works by Elfrida Andrée, Carl Nielsen and Niels Gade.
Trio Paradis consists of Jacquelyn Bevan (piano), Ruth O’Shea (violin) & Linda Stocks (cello) who play a Café Concert at the Athenæum on the first Friday afternoon of each month at 3.00pm: an informal music event in the community, with a pop-up café serving home-made cakes, where you can meet friends for a chat after the concert (c3.45 – 4.15pm)
Concerts last c45mins and entrance (or rather, exit!) is by donation, with a retiring collection.
Tickets are FREE but booking is required.
