Set within an 18th Century London sheltered almshouse, towered over by luxury apartments and office blocks, this film takes a heartfelt look at the elderly residents who live there, including 74 year old crooner, Shamus, who still dreams of pop stardom. Poignant, heartbreaking, yet incredibly uplifting; it casts the spotlight on the nation’s invisible minority who are growing in number year by year.
